CHEF & DESSERT SPECIALIST

Mia's specialty is cooking Latin food. Being a mother of two has inspired her to make sure that her kids eat healthy at all times, by all means, no processed food. She also enjoys trying out new recipes, techniques, and sharing the results with people who love to eat. The sense of accomplishment and peace gives her incentive to prepare new dishes that others will enjoy. She has found cooking to be enjoyable and relaxing. Her number one passion is baking all types of delicious desserts!  She is extremely excited to have joined partnership with Erik and to have this business grow.

Erik loves food!  His first taste of cooking was in junior high school.  Since then his experience has evolved into being a master of the meals!  Erik is self taught, but has attended ICE in NYC for various styles of cooking to improve his kitchen techniques.  He has written and published his own cook book, started a one of a kind catering business and continues to bring home first place awards from various festivals and competitions.  His other ventures include Project Management services to various Investment Banks and hardcore metal services to the music scene.  Music is his third love, food his second and his family his first!  In the future he plans to continue expanding his catering business and plans to get more involved with doing food festivals.  Eventually he wants to hit the food truck scene and/or open his own restaurant!
